HAYES Cottage sleeps up to 4 guests with 2 en-suite bedrooms with private terraces, a fully-equipped kitchen, dining, bar, and lounge with wood-burner. It also has its own parking, secure storage for skis, golf clubs, bikes, and a laundry and drying room. There is also a communal Pinot Pit with a fire.

HAYES Cottage is at the front of the property with clear and open views across it’s iconic namesake Lake Hayes. Laze away the days watching rowers glide across the lake from your Coast beanbag on your private lawn. HAYES Cottage has a fantastic view over the native wetlands that have restored as part of The Green Project – the bird life is certainly enjoying all the native planting so you may have many a Pukeko visit your lawn.
